by 1:30p:        Varsity players to arrive to initiate set-up of gym for Varsity (only) game versus Wauwatosa East.  

2:00-2:25p:     Parents Social near the entrance to the Spec Gym

-> socialize and get to know the other parents of your daughter’s teammates

Provided for parents:

coffee (regular and decaf)

                        lemonade

                                    cookies

            *some concessions will be available for the players/etc.

            Photo  Booth open for JV and Frosh teams

                        *no actual booth – players to utilize personal cameras and/or camera phones

            Booster Club spirit wear available for purchase

                        Consider joining the Boosters Club and helping build Madison East athletics.

2:25p:  Everyone in to cheer on Varsity.

            *All players in the program are required to attend.

*immediately after the game:

            Parents Social to continue.

            Photo booth open to Varsity players, as well as all other players.

Approximate end time: 4:00p.  (Definitely done by 5:00p)

Options to consider with your daughter later that day: UW Badgers volleyball hosts Ball State at 7:30p.  Only $2 for students to attend and $5 for adults.  Great experience!!!!
