Paperwork

Just a reminder to parents and players that all paperwork MUST be filled out completely by August 16; otherwise, you can not participate in any activities until it is turned in. This includes having a physical done, not an appointment made. Please make this a priority as appointment slots fill up quickly.

There are also athletic code/accident insurance forms to be filled out (orange).

Physical cards can be picked up in the athletic office or at open gyms (green card).

For any athletes who may need it, there are free physicals available. You can find to link to the information on the sidebar to the right.
