Contact days will be run a little differently this year. We will be doing a morning conditioning portion and an evening skills portion.
Dates: July 19-23
AM: 7-8 (Outside by tennis courts)
PM: 6:30-8:30 (Fieldhouse)
For the morning, I suggest bringing: outside athletic shoes (not Chucks), a sweat towel, yoga mat (or beach towel), an ipod (if you have one), and a sunny disposition!
Both sessions are recommended for all players, returning and incoming.
