On Thursday September 29th, we will be hosting our 1st annual Madison East Girl’s Volleyball Serve-A-Thon fundraiser event!
What is a Serve-A-Thon?
A Serve-A-thon is an event where we allow each player 5 minutes to successfully serve as many serves as possible. Each player is responsible to find sponsors willing to pledge money for each successful serve, or would like to make a flat donation. All donations and pledge money goes to the Madison East Girl’s Volleyball Program.
What do I need to do?
Talk to family, friends, and coworkers to see if they would like to donate money or pledge anywhere from 5¢, 10¢, 25¢ to $1, etc. for each successful serve.
For Example: If you pledge Player completes = Pledged donation
75¢ 20 serves = $15.00
$1 25 serves = $25.00
•Please submit this sheet with all sponsor and donation information to your coach by Wednesday September 28th.
