Important Info

Volleyball Players,

Thanks to all for the past four contact days: great group of players turning out, seeing positive progress...  Tuesday is our final contact day, and you get to play play play!!!  So come on out and put your knew volleyball knowledge to the test!

Camp registration is due by July 5th to guarantee a t-shirt!  It's looking to be fantastic camp this year - you don't want to miss out!!!!!
Turn your registration into any coach prior to this date.
Financial issues should be directed to Head Coach Sharon McLaughlin.

For those of you asking about athletic cards and information, here's the general info for summer

Athletic cards are available during office hours or outside the Athletic Office office in the display case for pickup.  You must turn your card/s into the Athletic Office (Room 1030) and get a blue card in return - this blue card needs to be handed in to your coach BEFORE you will be allowed to participate.  This means you need to take care of this prior to August 19th.  To be 100% of what each kid needs, it's best to call/email/stop by and check with Judith in the Athletic Office (204-1604).

Returning seniors only need a yellow card which does not need to be signed by a physician.  *Most seniors only need that - but some are off schedule and will need a physical.  Sophomores and Seniors must fill out a YELLOW alternate year card. NOTE: If sophomores and seniors did NOT participate in a sport during the prior school year, they must have a physical.

For Freshmen and Juniors:
-  Green Card:  All freshmen must have a physical prior to participating in athletics.  For physicals to be valid for two years, they must be done after April 1, 2013.  Please pick up the green physical cards to take to the doctor from the Athletic Office.
-  Orange Card: Orange cards must also be filled out for proof of insurance and parent permission.  For uninsured students, insurance is available through the district for each season; please call the Secretary for pricing and to sign up.

Transfer students must have a new physical or produce results from a physical within the last 12 months.

Foreign Exchange students must have a physical domestically.

Fee payments and fee waivers are due the first week of practice.  Do not give money or fees to coaches, please drop them directly with Judith in room 1030.  Snail mail is always acceptable!  There is a drop box outside the Athletic Department door, also.
